One of the biggest challenges facing human resource managers or anyone with a leadership role in business management is developing organizational structures in which people can function effectively and comfortably. New strategies for organizational structure demonstrate how a one-size-fits-all philosophy is outdated. Northwestern University School of Continuing Studies offers a concentration that delves into the changing face of organizations, how management and leadership function in an evolving business world, and how communication and other critical elements of business are carried out within these organizational structures. This program is designed for human resource professionals, as well as those in management and leadership positions or who aspire to such roles.
