Professional English Communication Series

Enhance your ability to utilize the English language effectively in professional contexts through our Professional English Communication series. Developed in consultation with the Department of Linguistics at Northwestern University, this series of ESL courses offers international professionals the opportunity to develop both linguistic skills and cultural strategies for success. Our flexible learning environments allow participants to tailor their ESL coursework to suit their specific needs. Through language activities, lectures, guided practice, simulations, and group projects, participants will become more proficient at handling communicative tasks in dynamic business, medical, and academic environments.

Program Audience

These courses are designed for advanced learners of English in the business, medical, research, and academic communities. The English language courses go beyond teaching basic English grammar.

Whether you want to expand your career options or operate more effectively in your current area of expertise, these ESL classes offer you the opportunity to enhance your spoken and written English abilities along side other members of the international community in a professional, business-oriented environment.
