Parking at the Evanston Campus
SCS students may park without a parking permit in most "F" Parking Lots on the Evanston campus, after 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and all weekend. Students should refer to the signs at the parking lot to be certain. Do not at any time park in a reserved space. Campus maps indicating appropriate parking lots are available at Northwestern University School of Continuing Studies office, 405 Church Street, Evanston, IL. SCS students who wish to park on campus before 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, should go to the Parking Office on Hinman to purchase a one-day parking permit.

Parking at the Chicago Campus
You have several options when your parking need is mainly in the evening hours in Chicago. If you expect to be attending classes less than twice per week, you may self-validate your parking ticket for a discounted rate that is currently $7.50 per evening. This rate applies to Saturday parking as well. This is valid in either of two University garages: the 222 E. Huron Self-Park designated as Lot C, or the 321 E. Erie parking structure, designated as Lot D. One can park in either lot from 4 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The parking ticket must be validated in Wieboldt Hall on the 4th or 5th floor student lounge or the SCS computer lab, room 415.

Convenient parking can be found at Traders Self-Park Garage, 326 S. Wells, however reduced-rate parking is not currently available at this location.
