Registration is open until all spaces are filled, although we encourage
you to register early as workshops fill quickly. After you submit the AP Registration Form via mail or fax, an e-mail will be sent confirming the receipt of your registration form. The confirmation e-mail will be sent to you approximately one week after receipt of your registration form and payment.
E-mail and the APSI webpage will be our main methods of communicating with you. Please be sure to include your correct email address on your registration form and please continue to check the APSI website for new or updated information until the start of the AP sessions.
Tuition and Credit
Through a special arrangement with Northwestern's School of Education and Social Policy, all participants have the option of receiving either one unit of graduate credit (equivalent to 4 quarter hours or 2 2/3 semester hours of credit) or six Continuing Education Units from the State of Illinois for completed sessions. Tuition includes books and materials for the course, a luncheon on day one, and refreshments throughout the week.

Registration
and Payment
APSI regular registration: April 14 - June 20
Late Registration: June 23 - July 11 (an additional $75 late fee will
be applied).
No registrations will be accepted after 5 pm July 11.
Please download the registration
form and submit it with payment by June 20, 2008. Registrations
received after June 20th must be accompanied by a $75 late fee. Enrollment
will be confirmed by e-mail approximately one week following receipt
of your registration form and payment.
All registration forms must be accompanied by full payment. Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card. Checks and money orders must clearly state the name of the registrant.
Note: School Purchase Orders will not be accepted. Participants cannot be registered for a course until full payment has been received.

Wait List
The website will be updated to indicate workshops that have filled or canceled. If your registration form is received after a workshop has reached maximum enrollment, you will be contacted by phone or email. You may choose to be added to a waiting list, choose an alternate workshop, or cancel your registration. No cancellation fees will be applied in this case. If you choose to be added to a waitlist, please note that very few slots open up once a workshop has filled. Your payment will not be processed unless you are enrolled in the class.
Course Cancellation
In the event that we must cancel a workshop, registrants will be notified by email as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued if the registrant does not choose to attend an alternate session.
Change of Registration
If you wish to change your credit type (Graduate Credit or CEUs), you must do so no later than 5 pm on the first day of the session for which you are registered. For Session I, this is July 21st. For Session II, this is July 28th. Changes requested after the first day of your session will not be accepted Change
of Registration Forms must be submitted to the APSI office at 405 Church St. Evanston, by 5 pm on these days.
Refund Policy
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and refunds will be granted on the following schedule:
- Cancellations received by June 20th:
full refund.
- Cancellations received
between June 20 and July 7: $75 processing fee will be
deducted from your refund.
- Cancellations received after
July 7: no refund granted.
